[How To] Enable HDR Mode For Front Facing Camera

Front HDR, as it’s name suggests, is a new jailbreak tweak which enables something so simple that you may wonder why it wasn’t there in the first place – HDR mode for the front facing camera.

Having said that, HDR for the front camera was probably disabled for a reason – due to the lower quality image sensor found in the front facing camera. However, the front facing camera is not terrible by any means!

Front HDR is available free-of-charge from the BigBoss repository on Cydia (on a jailbroken iDevice) and will work on any iPhone/iPod Touch running iOS 6.0 and up, with a front facing camera, and which is already capable of capturing HDR.  [Read More → ]
